Plain English version: we offer a real, generous refund window. We also operate within UK consumer law, which means you have statutory rights regardless of what we say below. This policy sits alongside those rights, not instead of them.
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (or equivalent EU law) to cancel a distance contract for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
We honour this right in full. If you contact us within 14 days of your purchase requesting cancellation, we will refund the amount you have paid. Email support@waviboy.com with your order details.
This 14-day right operates alongside the satisfaction guarantee set out below.
Beyond the cooling-off window, we offer a conditional money-back guarantee. To qualify you must:
If your submission shows you have genuinely done the work and it has not clicked for you, we will issue a full refund of monies paid and close your access. We will not pursue any remaining instalments.
You may use the 14-day cooling-off OR the 3-Builds satisfaction guarantee. Not both. Refund of monies paid is the maximum available remedy.
If we approve a refund, your access to the course, Builds, the WAVIBOY Membership Club, the Vaults, the Community, and the Job Board ends on the day the refund is processed. Future scheduled instalments are cancelled. You may not redownload, save, or distribute course materials after refund.
If you choose the 4-pay instalment plan, you receive immediate full access to the entire Academy course (all lessons and Builds) and to the WAVIBOY Membership Club from the day of your first payment. This lets you start building straight away.
However, the 4-pay schedule is a payment convenience, not a discount or pay-as-you-go arrangement. The full course price is owed on enrolment. Lifetime course access only fully vests once your final (fourth) instalment has cleared.
If you stop payments, cancel your card, dispute a charge, or otherwise default outside of the 14-day cancellation right or the 3-Builds satisfaction guarantee process:
To put it plainly: paying for the course in 4 instalments is the same total commitment as paying upfront. You agree to pay all four instalments. If you stop paying, you stop having access — to the course AND to the included Membership Club months.
The WAVIBOY Membership Club gives you ongoing access to WAVIBOY TV, the Vaults, the Job Board, the community, online events, and Challenges.
Your Academy purchase includes 12 months of the Membership Club, free, from the day your access starts. No subscription is created at checkout and your card is not stored for any future automatic charge.
After your 12 free months, your Club access ends automatically. We will email you ahead of expiry. If you want to keep Club access, you can choose to start a $79/month Club subscription at that point. If you do nothing, the Club simply ends and you are not charged. Your lifetime Academy course access continues either way.
If you do later choose to start a paid Club subscription, you can cancel anytime in your account dashboard with one click. We do not issue refunds for unused time within an already-paid Club period. The 14-day cooling-off and 3-Builds satisfaction guarantee in this policy apply to your Academy purchase, not to any optional Club subscription periods you may choose to start later.
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we treat it as a notice of bad faith. Your access will be revoked immediately on receipt of the dispute, and we will defend the charge with evidence of your account activity, content viewed, and acceptance of these terms. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. If our digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights to repair, replacement, or refund under those laws.
