Plain English version: we offer a real, generous refund window. We also operate within UK consumer law, which means you have statutory rights regardless of what we say below. This policy sits alongside those rights, not instead of them.
If you pre-order Academy between now and the public launch on May 5, 2026, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund up to 14 days after your purchase or until May 5, whichever is later. Email support@waviboy.com with your order details. No questions, no friction.
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for any reason. For digital content, this right ends only when you both (a) give express consent that performance may begin during the 14-day period, and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once content delivery begins.
At checkout, you will see a separate, unticked tickbox confirming both. By ticking that box and completing your purchase, you give consent for delivery to begin immediately and you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right. We confirm this in your order confirmation email.
If you do not tick that box, your 14-day right remains intact and you may cancel for any reason within 14 days by emailing support@waviboy.com.
Whether or not you waive the 14-day right, you keep the satisfaction guarantee and any pre-order cancellation window set out below.
Beyond the cooling-off window, we offer a conditional money-back guarantee. To qualify you must:
If your submission shows you have genuinely done the work and it has not clicked for you, we will issue a full refund of monies paid and close your access. We will not pursue any remaining instalments.
You may use the 14-day cooling-off OR the 3-Builds satisfaction guarantee. Not both. Refund of monies paid is the maximum available remedy.
If we approve a refund, your access to the course, Builds, the WAVIBOY Membership Club, the Vaults, the Community, and the Job Board ends on the day the refund is processed. Future scheduled instalments are cancelled. You may not redownload, save, or distribute course materials after refund.
If you choose a 3-pay instalment plan, the full course price is owed on enrolment. The 3-pay schedule is a payment convenience, not a discount or pay-as-you-go arrangement. If you discontinue payments outside the cooling-off window or 3-Builds guarantee process:
If you cancel your card, dispute the charge, or otherwise default, we reserve the right to revoke access permanently and pursue collection of the outstanding balance.
The WAVIBOY Membership Club gives you ongoing access to WAVIBOY TV, the Vaults, the Job Board, the community, online events, and Challenges.
If you bought Academy: your purchase includes 6 months of the Membership Club from the day you enrol. After your 6 months, the Club continues at $79/month unless you cancel.
If you joined the Membership Club standalone: the Club is a $79/month subscription, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Either way, the Club is auto-billed monthly after the included period (if any). You can cancel anytime in your account dashboard with one click. Your lifetime Academy course access (if you bought Academy) continues even after you stop the Club.
We do not issue refunds for unused time within an already-paid month of Club access. The 14-day cooling-off and 3-Builds satisfaction guarantee in this policy apply to the Academy course only, not to standalone Membership Club subscriptions.
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we treat it as a notice of bad faith. Your access will be revoked immediately on receipt of the dispute, and we will defend the charge with evidence of your account activity, content viewed, and acceptance of these terms. We aim to review all requests within 5 working days and process approved refunds within 14 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. If our digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights to repair, replacement, or refund under those laws.
